R&L Landscapes, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Kevin Robinson and Charles Lamp. Kevin had just returned from the military and they both were attending Shepherd College. Charles had been mowing lawns and Kevin signed on to help him. They worked hard and invested the money they made from mowing into equipment for the company. This was the beginning of their successful partnership together.

By 2007, they had 20 employees; taking pride in their professionalism; driving lettered vehicles and wearing company uniforms.

In 2005, Kevin was diagnosed with Cancer. After battling the disease for 5 years; in July 2010, Kevin Robinson had succumbed to Cancer.

Today R&L Landscapes has 30 employees, and is located in Kearneysville, WV. Our showroom is approximately 3000 square feet. R&L Landscapes has grown into a large business through a lot of hard work, professionalism and building good relationships with people.
