Our Story
Founded in 1999 by Kevin Robinson and Charlie Lamp, R&L began as a simple lawn-mowing business started out of the back of a truck while Charlie was in college.When Kevin returned from the military, he joined forces with Charlie, and together they grew the company by reinvesting every dollar back into equipment and crew.By 2007, R&L had 20 employees and a fleet of vehicles, recognized for professionalism and reliable service. In 2010, after a courageous battle with cancer, Kevin passed away. His dedication and hard work remain at the heart of the company today.
